at san francisco from our roof camera on van ness ave. what a beautiful weekend. when will see if the vehicle conditions continue to morning erica. >> good morning it will be another gorgeous day around the bay area. temperatures could climb into the mid to upper 60s. it is not the day for a heavy jacket or a scarf. you will see mostly sunny skies there it warmer in the south bay. now we are seeing clear conditions from our roof cam in downtown san francisco. a cooler start to the morning because of clear conditions. active for the 30's '40's and 50's. later today mainly sunny skies it will be a clear day. temperatures on the pleasant side. as we head into tonight clear conditions will continue. , wind and the forecast. it will be that as it will not be too cold. temperatures in the '50s. 62 in san

francisco. 50 in san jose now. low 4 is expected in concord. the 9:00 hour the majority of the bay area will be sitting in the '50s. that is indicated by the blue on your screen as we put the clock into motion. by 2:00 p.m. your afternoon highs mostly sunny skies temperatures in the 60s across the board. it will be pretty ideal especially for a december day. your neighborhood numbers 63 for fairfield concord. 66 for oakland hayward. san jose at 67. your kron 4 7 day around the bay forecast shows a lot of changes to talk about paris today will be a mild and pleasant day we will shake off a couple of degrees as we head into tomorrow. high pressure is keeping the storm track to our north. it will start to bring down as another system approaches by wednesday.

has died after two people were found bound and gagged in the middle of the bayview district last night. here is video of the scene. the victims a male and female were found around 830 in the 900 block of brazil's street. both were taken to a local hospital with life- threatening injuries. officials say the man died just before midnight. his identity has not been released. the female victim's condition remains unknown at this time. no suspect have been arrested. anyone with information on this case is asked to call the san francisco police department. >> police in vallejo are searching near mare island for a missing fair oaks man. 7 to 7 mattingly was last seen saturday night around 5. those close to mattingly say he has-his tugboat dock on the mare island and took it out on the water frequently. police searched

mattingly's bowden found personal items. please do not suspect foul play and believe that he fell into the water. a dive team was called in but due to strong currents the search has been suspended. officials plan to resume the search when conditions improve. >> in an antioch community in mourning the death of a man shot dead in from his home over the weekend. >> last night, friends and family of 43 year-old aaron williams came out for a candlelight vigil to remember williams. police say williams was gunned down in front of his home in the 23rd hundred block of companionway just after 1037 night. friends of the victims say they have a message for whoever is response before his death. >> this was a tragedy. >> so far no arrests have been made in the case anyone with information is encouraged call police. >> a 14 year old walt recovering after being stabbed at san jose's

christmas event in the part of it. police said three suspected gang members attacked the teen stabbing him at least once near a carnival near park avenue. the boy's injuries were not life-threatening. he was treated at a local hospital. witnesses say the suspect ran away. police say it doesn't appear the victims or suspects in each other. despite the stabbing, family still turn out over the weekend to enjoy christmas and the part. >> i feel sorry for the kids getting hurt by the gangs. i do not think this is on sale. >> it is not right that so young people should get involved and put your life and gender. it is our right for anyone to do it best- life in danger the witnesses describe the suspect as teams in their early 20s no arrests have been made. >> same-sex cusps best-

van ness ave have hit a roadblock when a hospital cannot commit to keeping st. luke's hospital open. the vote for the hospital project is scheduled for tomorrow, but negotiations had been scheduled of this week. >> surveillance pictures of two women police say are using a stolen credit card from sausalito. the two women were recorded by two separate security cameras in mill valley on october 31st. there were last seen on the east life dealt cvs stores and the chevronfrontage road. >> northbound caltran tracks in san francisco have reopened after a car that was sitting on the tracks were struck by a train. this is video from the scene just before 7:00 last night. no one was injured when the train struck the car around 530 near the intersection of mississippi in 16th street. no one was inside the car at the time of the accident. because caltran only operate

on an hourly service at this time on sundays the blaze were minimal. there is no word on how the car ended up on the tracks. >> authorities in central california have confirmed a fifth death in the shooting of tribal members on an indian reservation. talaria county sheriff's deputies said that in a year old girl among four family members killed by her father. she was identified as alyss c elaya. also killed was the leah's mother and her two brothers also wounded alissa's brother and sister the shooter then died with in a shootout with police. authorities have not disclose what motivated the killer to kill his relatives who live in the to lay river indian reservation. tribal
